The finca has extensive is terraced almond groves, plus a large variety of olive, carob, fruit trees, an oak forest and pines higher up on the mountain side.
The house is approached by mean of a long drive culminating in a gravelled parking area with garaging. Also at this level is the guest casita....two good sized rooms with a modern shower bathroom. This could easily be extended.
The main house comprises of a spacious entrance hall leading into the main salon which is double height and with a large corner fireplace. This has a television area and a sitting area by the fireplace.
The kitchen and dining room is some 12 metres long with exposed beam ceilings.....a bright spacious area with enormous central island. On the lower level is some further 130 m2 of dry cellars which are above ground so to speak and with windows. These again could easily be converted to further accommodation if required.
The house has central heating.....underfloor in the 3 main bedrooms and radiators in the rest of the house. Electricity is principally by solar voltaic cells, and the finca has the rights to more than enough water from the local source, plus it has various wells.
